Mike is a longtime competitive runner who emphasizes strength training to improve performance and prevent injury. He uses those principles to help clients who are looking to lose weight, live a healthier lifestyle, and learn how to train properly. Mike starts at the basics, and progresses his clients' programming so that they feel challenged in new ways each and every session on the way to reaching their goals.
I’m a Health and fitness coach because I’m all about a balanced lifestyle and I want to share it with others. I first gained an interest in fitness from watching a circus show when I was 19, interest quickly developed into a passion, and since then I’ve dedicated to understanding the most affective and efficient way to live a balanced lifestyle, through training and nutrition. I want to share my passion for health and fitness, I want to motivate and empower you to do the impossible. I want to get you excited to move and experience the joy of progress, I want to make you feel balance and I want you to develop a routine that is sustainable for you and gives you everything you want from your body. it’s not a easy road but with hard work and dedication you can get there.
Violeta is a National Academy of Sports Medicine and NCSF Certified Personal Trainer. Violeta's passion for fitness, health and wellness emerged at a very young age as a former track and field athlete. Violeta's goal is to challenge her clients, push them past their limits to reach their goals while expanding their love for fitness and wellness. "And let’s not forget the most important thing- to have fun, decompress, feel confident and enjoy their every day life choices."
