Meet Aleksandr Arakelov, a dedicated fitness enthusiast and passionate personal trainer. His journey in the fitness industry has been fueled by a strong desire to learn and help others achieve their health and wellness goals. With a Master Course completion from the respected Focus Personal Training Institute and a degree in Exercise Sciences and Nutrition, Aleksandr has a solid foundation to understand the human body and create personalized training plans for clients. Over 6 years, he's worked with a variety of people, guiding them on their fitness journeys and witnessing their amazing transformations. He believes in a balanced approach to fitness, focusing on both physical and mental well-being.
In addition to personal training, Aleksandr has a background in boxing! My main goal is to inspire and empower others to live healthier lives through fitness. Alice’s journey into fitness began as a D1 rower at Cornell University. As she transitioned into life in New York City after college, she began long distance running competitively and realized the difference that resistance training could make in her athletic performance. Drawing from her own experiences, Alice is on a mission to empower others in the gym. Her approach goes beyond sets and reps; it's about fostering a positive relationship with exercise and helping clients overcome any apprehensions they may have about resistance training.
Alice believes that true growth occurs just beyond one's comfort zone, and she's committed to pushing her clients to new limits, ensuring they not only feel stronger but also more energetic and capable every day. Amber Edwards
Amber is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist with a masters degree in Occupational Therapy and bachelors degree in Occupational Science from Ithaca College. Throughout her time as an OT & strength coach, she has earned certifications in kettlebell training and dynamic sports performance. Amber has a 10+ year background in Track and Field as an All-American hurdler and coach. She truly believes that movement is medicine. Amber has worked with people of all ages and abilities & programmed specific exercises that match each individual’s ability and personal goals. Amber’s passion for fitness is seen through her interaction with clients in sessions to make them feel physically and mentally strong, confident, safe, and heard. Amber uses a holistic and “activity analysis” approach in her training sessions in order to educate, motivate, and support all clients in any part of their fitness journey to reach their fullest potential.

André graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Exercise Science and has over nine years of experience in the fitness industry. He is a certified NASM personal trainer and experienced powerlifter who has worked with a wide range of clients, from children and athletes to the general population. With a passion for helping people find joy and consistency in their fitness journey, André believes that everyone can benefit from moving their body, enjoying their workouts, and staying consistent over time. André emphasizes creating challenging yet enjoyable workouts tailored to each client’s goals and needs. He is committed to helping his clients achieve their full potential, both physically and mentally. Annalise DeLano
Annalise earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona before moving to New York for a career in tech. After learning for herself what strength training can do for the body and mind, she pursued additional education at Focus Personal Training Institute, earned her personal training certification with NASM, and has since pursued fitness full-time. The unique, science-based programs she designs seek to build self-confidence and drive, allowing clients to see how capable they truly are in and outside of the gym. She most recently earned her Bell Mechanics kettlebell certification and is passionate about educating her clients on how incorporating regular movement specific to them can lead to a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Annie lives and breathes wellness and fitness. She received advanced personal training education and hands-on training at FOCUS Personal Training School in New York City, and she holds a Nutrition Specialist Certification from Fitness Mentors. Annie also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance and a Master's Degree in Banking and Finance from Newcastle University in England. Annie is a lifelong athlete with experience competing in ballet, soccer, basketball, track, and boxing. She is now an avid New York Road Runner and Marathoner. She also enjoys yoga, pilates, and meditation. Annie is passionate about honoring our sole life and body by training to our full potential. Her philosophy is that our health and our ability to move are gifts best celebrated by nurturing our bodies with nutritious food and fun physical challenges, treating fitness as a life-long journey of cultivating our inner and outer strengths. Her mission is to spread the gift of fitness to her community by providing her clients with a tailored, structured plan that will help them achieve their personal excellence while providing motivational feedback and support. Brandon graduated from Springfield College with a degree in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in sports performance. He is a young, energetic certified strength and conditioning coach and brings with him experience working with various personalities- from Division 1 football players to 60-year-old veterans. He is also a certified nutrition coach and holds other certifications in athletic performance. Having been a collegiate rugby player, Brandon has a passion for training, looking, and feeling like an athlete and believes that everyone can benefit from becoming the strongest, fittest, and most confident version of themselves. He emphasizes meeting his clients where they are- tailoring programs to their specific goals and needs. Edison’s keen interest in fitness developed early in life. Growing up in an athletic family- he immersed himself in action sports, calisthenics, and other muscular endurance activities. Elena developed a passion for movement at the age of 5, when she entered a gymnastics program. Growing up in an active family made her realize the importance of regular exercise, and she has carried that through, as a sprinter in high school, and now, a hybrid athlete and personal trainer.
She is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, a running mechanics and VDOT certified running coach, and continuously pursues further learning, in order to give her clients the best results possible. From her previous career in investment banking, she understands the pressures of the corporate world, and it’s effect on health and wellness.

Jereli began his health and fitness journey at the early age of nine. He followed his mother’s footsteps and began training in gymnastics and Olympic lifting. Having 10+ years of experience in weightlifting, his passion for teaching and helping others lead him to pursue a career in personal training. He has a background in Clinical Nutrition and Culinary Arts and is currently in pursuit of becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Over the last 2 years, he has been involved in nearly 20 studies directly related to muscle growth, strength, weight loss, and body composition improvements.
