Adrian has had a passion for Sports and Fitness throughout his life. While obtaining a Sports Marketing Degree at Pace University Adrian found his calling in helping individuals become the strongest version of themselves. With a Certification in National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Functional Kettlebell Training (FKT) and PPSC Mobility, Adrian specializes in Functional Strength Training. Movement is key! He believes the best programming is proper movements that will correlate with your day-to-day life.

Meet Aleksandr Arakelov, a dedicated fitness enthusiast and passionate personal trainer. His journey in the fitness industry has been fueled by a strong desire to learn and help others achieve their health and wellness goals. With a Master Course completion from the respected Focus Personal Training Institute and a degree in Exercise Sciences and Nutrition, Aleksandr has a solid foundation to understand the human body and create personalized training plans for clients. Over 6 years, he's worked with a variety of people, guiding them on their fitness journeys and witnessing their amazing transformations. He believes in a balanced approach to fitness, focusing on both physical and mental well-being.
In addition to personal training, Aleksandr has a background in boxing! My main goal is to inspire and empower others to live healthier lives through fitness. Whether you want to get stronger, unleash your athletic potential, or just feel better overall, I’m there to support and guide you every step of the way on this journey to fitness and beyond!

Alex is a former professional baseball player in Japan with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and a NASM certified personal trainer. After a career-ending injury left him searching for answers, Alex discovered his passion for training. When various doctors couldn't provide relief, he took it upon himself to research and learn about his body. Through this process, he not only overcame his pain but also found joy in helping others facing similar challenges, whether it be injury, lack of motivation, or performance goals. Alex's experience includes working with professional athletes across various sports, as well as clients focused on posture, functional health, and longevity. His personal experience with injury informs his detailed, motivating, and consistent coaching style. He firmly believes that what you do in the gym impacts your life outside of it, helping you not only from the aesthetic view but both the mental and physical as well.

Alice’s journey into fitness began as a D1 rower at Cornell University. As she transitioned into life in New York City after college, she began long distance running competitively and realized the difference that resistance training could make in her athletic performance. Drawing from her own experiences, Alice is on a mission to empower others in the gym. Her approach goes beyond sets and reps; it's about fostering a positive relationship with exercise and helping clients overcome any apprehensions they may have about resistance training.
Alice believes that true growth occurs just beyond one's comfort zone, and she's committed to pushing her clients to new limits, ensuring they not only feel stronger but also more energetic and capable every day. Through her guidance, Alice aims to create an environment where individuals not only transform physically but also develop a newfound confidence in their abilities.

Amber is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist with a masters degree in Occupational Therapy and bachelors degree in Occupational Science from Ithaca College. Throughout her time as an OT & strength coach, she has earned certifications in kettlebell training and dynamic sports performance. Amber has a 10+ year background in Track and Field as an All-American hurdler and coach. She truly believes that movement is medicine. Amber has worked with people of all ages and abilities & programmed specific exercises that match each individual’s ability and personal goals. Amber’s passion for fitness is seen through her interaction with clients in sessions to make them feel physically and mentally strong, confident, safe, and heard. Amber uses a holistic and “activity analysis” approach in her training sessions in order to educate, motivate, and support all clients in any part of their fitness journey to reach their fullest potential.

André graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Exercise Science and has over nine years of experience in the fitness industry. He is a certified NASM personal trainer and experienced powerlifter who has worked with a wide range of clients, from children and athletes to the general population. With a passion for helping people find joy and consistency in their fitness journey, André believes that everyone can benefit from moving their body, enjoying their workouts, and staying consistent over time. André emphasizes creating challenging yet enjoyable workouts tailored to each client’s goals and needs. He is committed to helping his clients achieve their full potential, both physically and mentally. When training with André, expect to be challenged, stay consistent, and have fun as he guides you to a stronger, healthier version of yourself.

Annalise earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona before moving to New York for a career in tech. After learning for herself what strength training can do for the body and mind, she pursued additional education at Focus Personal Training Institute, earned her personal training certification with NASM, and has since pursued fitness full-time. The unique, science-based programs she designs seek to build self-confidence and drive, allowing clients to see how capable they truly are in and outside of the gym. She most recently earned her Bell Mechanics kettlebell certification and is passionate about educating her clients on how incorporating regular movement specific to them can lead to a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Annie lives and breathes wellness and fitness. She received advanced personal training education and hands-on training at FOCUS Personal Training School in New York City, and she holds a Nutrition Specialist Certification from Fitness Mentors. Annie also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance and a Master's Degree in Banking and Finance from Newcastle University in England. Annie is a lifelong athlete with experience competing in ballet, soccer, basketball, track, and boxing. She is now an avid New York Road Runner and Marathoner. She also enjoys yoga, pilates, and meditation. Annie is passionate about honoring our sole life and body by training to our full potential. Her philosophy is that our health and our ability to move are gifts best celebrated by nurturing our bodies with nutritious food and fun physical challenges, treating fitness as a life-long journey of cultivating our inner and outer strengths. Her mission is to spread the gift of fitness to her community by providing her clients with a tailored, structured plan that will help them achieve their personal excellence while providing motivational feedback and support. Her personal favorite training styles are strength, hypertrophy, cross-fit, and, of course, long distance running. Her go-to gym equipment is kettlebells, barbells, and plyo boxes. Her message to future clients is show how me who you are, who you want to be, and how badly you want to feel good...on the gym floor.

Anthony attended the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences where he received his degree in exercise science/advanced personal training. Through his years in the fitness industry he has obtained multiple kettlebell certifications, as well as top tier mobility and strength certifications. Anthony has a background in sports and has a passion for training like an athlete. Anthony has worked a countless amount of session hours with all types of clients. He is a strong advocate of proper movement and programming. This approach yields a fun-filled session where you will not only accomplish the results you are looking for but feel good while doing so. “There are many phases in life, phases where you feel motivated and phases where you feel like you are going through the motions. Accountability is what keeps us all in check, training is about creating sustainable habits. Habits that will start small and eventually grow into life changing habits. Training should be fun and rewarding and I am here to help my clients through that process.”

Anthony’s style is functioning training with the goal to help his clients get stronger, move better, and live a healthier lifestyle. His focus is to keep clients safe, happy, and leaving with a smile on their face. Anthony specializes in boxing/kickboxing which he loves to use to incorporate some spice to his workouts!

Brandon graduated from Springfield College with a degree in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in sports performance. He is a young, energetic certified strength and conditioning coach and brings with him experience working with various personalities- from Division 1 football players to 60-year-old veterans. He is also a certified nutrition coach and holds other certifications in athletic performance. Having been a collegiate rugby player, Brandon has a passion for training, looking, and feeling like an athlete and believes that everyone can benefit from becoming the strongest, fittest, and most confident version of themselves. He emphasizes meeting his clients where they are- tailoring programs to their specific goals and needs. Brandon believes in empowering his clients through strength training to create healthier, stronger, and more energetic spirits, minds, and bodies. Expect to be coached, held accountable, and above all, have fun when working with Brandon as he guides you on your fitness journey.

Brandon has his Bachelor's in Exercise Science, and Precision Nutrition Certification, and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His previous clients have included athletes ranging from collegiate to Olympic to high school/scholastics and many more who are looking to take control of their health, performance, and longevity.
Brandon believes that everyone can fall in love with the process of training and developing sustainable healthy habits, but that their journeys will vary. He works to help clients define their goals and to train toward achieving improved performance in their lives. His coaching style is energetic, engaging, and motivating. He provides individualized programming, accountability, tough love when needed, and a guiding hand through the process. Together he and his clients steadily build trust and momentum while adapting to life's challenges!

Caleb has been a certified personal trainer since 2019, Caleb is a firm believer in continued education and takes an holistic approach when It comes to tailoring and guiding his clients to success. He has acquired certifications not only pertaining to strength training but nutritional guidance as well. Having worked with various clients ranging from grandparents to athletes, Caleb is more than equipped for anyone and their goals!
Through Caleb’s own experiences in fitness, he quickly has grown a passion for personal training and providing his clients with the proper insight, guidance, and accountability needed. Caleb has a well-equipped resume for training that ranges from barbell training to body composition training, and many other modalities the gym has to offer.
Caleb believes in long-lasting progress through small, realistic changes and adjustments to lifestyles, nutrition, and of course, training. Working with Caleb you will get a well-thought-out program tailored to your exact needs and abilities paired with excellent coaching. Carter Berry was born and raised in New York City and began his career in personal training in 2012. His training philosophy stems from his practice in Jeet Kune Do; to focus on only what is most necessary and lead a straight line to the objective. He competes at the international level in Kettlebell lifting, and holds the American record in Kettlebell Biathlon.

Chelsey is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Behavioral Change Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer. Her philosophy is to help clients live, move and eat with confidence, while developing a powerful relationship with their body.

Cynthia is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer who takes her movement background in dance, strength training, and functional fitness to provide a personalized approach at exploring movement quality and strength. Cynthia looks at the whole person - mind, body, spirit - to help you become the strongest version of yourself in all arenas.

Dani is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with additional specialization in kettlebell training from Kettlebell Athletics. Dani is also a certified Nutritious Life Nutrition Coach and certified in Pre/Post natal training. Dani believes that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. Combining exercise programs with nutrition coaching, Dani sets her clients up for long term results.

Dennis is a true master of his craft. His ability to share his vast knowledge of movement makes his sessions challenging and informative. He specializes in kettlebells as well as strength and conditioning.

Edison’s keen interest in fitness developed early in life. Growing up in an athletic family- he immersed himself in action sports, calisthenics, and other muscular endurance activities. He served in the Marine Corps and upon completion of service he earned a Bachelors degree in Advertising & Marketing from FIT. He holds a NASM Personal Trainer certification along with his Functional Kettlebell Training certification and derives methods from bodybuilding, functional fitness, bodyweight training, physical therapy & yoga.
Edison’s depth of knowledge in physical health and well-being allows him to intentionally guide clients through challenging workouts in a collaborative and safe environment. He provides an integrated and progressive approach to training and focuses on proper posture & intentional movement execution.
He believes every client is capable of exceeding their fitness goals by focusing on incremental skill building & ultimately, creating the foundation for a happy, healthy and active lifestyle.

Elena developed a passion for movement at the age of 5, when she entered a gymnastics program. Growing up in an active family made her realize the importance of regular exercise, and she has carried that through, as a sprinter in high school, and now, a hybrid athlete and personal trainer.
She is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, a running mechanics and VDOT certified running coach, and continuously pursues further learning, in order to give her clients the best results possible. From her previous career in investment banking, she understands the pressures of the corporate world, and it’s effect on health and wellness.
Elena will lead you to view the gym as your personal playground, utilizing all the tools it has to offer such as barbells, kettlebells, med balls, TRX and dumbbells.
In addition to helping you reach your fitness goals, her aim is to empower you, challenge you, educate you, support you and celebrate your wins with you, all whilst having fun.

Elvin attended the Swedish institute of health and science where he obtained his degree in exercise science/ advanced personal training. He is a big supporter of doing exercise that is fun and therefore sustainable. He is a huge proponent of “movement is medicine”. With 6+ years of training, he has vast experience with kettlebells and trx. Being strong physically translates to many other aspects of his life and he feels strongly that life’s journey is proof of just that. .

Specializing in functional training, Emma will approach your training program with a practical eye and help you see strength gains in your daily life. She will challenge your limiting beliefs and push you towards your full potential. Emma views training as an essential part of self care and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle while reaching their individual goals. Emma is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with an additional certification for pre/post natal. When she’s not training she can be found singing in the shower or brunching in Brooklyn!

For Emma, fitness and wellness have always been at the center of her daily life. As an undergrad at Colgate University, Emma majored in psychology, where she developed a deep understanding of the mental and emotional benefits that come along with a well balanced lifestyle. After living and working in New York after college, Emma became committed to finding ways to blend her passions with her work. She attended Focus Personal Training Institute where she expanded her knowledge of the functional and mechanical benefits of exercise. She is always looking to improve as a trainer by constantly seeking continued education, most recently earning her Bell Mechanics kettlebell certification. Emma approaches fitness and exercise with a uniquely holistic approach, creating fun-filled sessions that are scientifically crafted to help clients reach their goals and feel stronger both mentally and physically.

Eric is a certified strength and conditioning coach. Eric was an athlete growing up and while he does not currently compete, his work shifted to helping the clients he serves with optimal coaching. Eric provides guidance with the utmost attention to detail. His foundation of training embraces the very essence of physical and mental health. He looks to improve as a trainer by constantly seeking continuing education. In hopes of passing the knowledge he’s obtained along to those he works with, all while making progress with body and mind. Giancarlo’s story of becoming a dedicated personal trainer starts with his own journey of transformation and redefining his life and health. After graduating from ISSA and moving to NYC almost 4 years ago, his passion for the holistic approach to physical conditioning and emphasizing the importance of both strength and mobility is something he aims to share with all of his clients to help them become the best version of themselves.
His expertise lies in strength training, where he combines the power of free weights with the precision of Pilates to craft functional fitness programs. His personal experience and professional knowledge enable him to guide and support his clients through their own fitness journeys, ensuring they build strength and resilience in every session.

Grace is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor who uses resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and Pilates-inspired movements to build strength & flexibility and enhance overall fitness. Her approach is collaborative and personalized, creating a fun & comfortable environment for growth, and motivating you to find your strongest, most confident, and happiest self. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness but lives by the simple motto: you can have your workout & your Van Leeuwen’s Peanut Butter Brownie Honeycomb, too.

Hayley takes pride in crafting sessions that not only cater to individual preferences but also draw from her extensive industry experience. Her goal is to provide clients with a personalized fitness journey, offering modalities they enjoy while fostering a holistic connection to their bodies. Beyond the gym, Hayley extends her commitment to well-being by being a reliable source of support for her clients outside of training sessions. She delves into studying women's hormones, nutrition, and mobility solutions, aiming to guide her clients toward feeling their best on all fronts. Hayley comes from a holistic approach that creates a unique and rewarding journey towards elevated well-being.

Ian uses both a scientific and artistic approach when it comes to personalized programming for his clients. He believes that movement should be easy, pain-free, and fun, and he utilizes his knowledge of strength training and mobility to help his clients reach their full potential. Ian is a Certified Human Movement Specialist, NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer, and rowing coach.

Iyoha fell in love with sports and fitness early in life. He went on to study philosophy at NYU where he also played college basketball. He has 10 years of experience in functional and sport specific training. He is also a meditation and Pilates instructor. Iyoha enjoys helping his clients develop and progress through their training to improve their quality of life. He believes that precision is essential for exercise and movement.

Jason is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. As a personal trainer as well as professional dancer, Jason is obsessed with movement and how our bodies function. Pairing his dance background with his knowledge as a trainer, Jason’s programming focuses on mobility, strength, and functional movement. His goal is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, confident, and ready to WERK.

Jereli began his health and fitness journey at the early age of nine. He followed his mother’s footsteps and began training in gymnastics and Olympic lifting. Having 10+ years of experience in weightlifting, his passion for teaching and helping others lead him to pursue a career in personal training. He has a background in Clinical Nutrition and Culinary Arts and is currently in pursuit of becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. He is a certified trainer through NSCA and SFG and is a 3x Certified Nutritionist through NASM and Precision Nutrition.

Having studied Applied Kinesiology and Psychology at Rutgers University, Jeremy views training and wellness as an interconnected summation of the body and mind. Jeremy has a diverse movement background with experience in dance troupes and international powerlifting competition. This allows him to apply principles of all the "in-between" to create a plan that accounts for individual differences. Jeremy believes that as long as you have a body, you can use it to actualize a "greater version of yourself". His training model has been fortified through intentional self-study, certification, and mentorship of several fitness and physiotherapy organizations over the past couple years.

Johnny Luna is a certified trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), specializing in muscle growth, aesthetics, and body composition. Johnny’s passion for fitness grew at a young age where he started his own personal fitness journey. Kevin is passionate about fitness and wellness. He was a competitive tennis player and swimmer in his younger years. His drive for success as a dual sport athlete led him to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Hailing from the beautiful island of Jamaica, Kurt is a performance coach and former collegiate athlete that believes everyone is an athlete in their own right.
Staying up to date on the latest in human performance is paramount to Kurt, who holds certifications through multiple organizations and various modalities.
Regardless of one's fitness goals, Kurt believes in the holistic nature of achieving those goals. Taking a look at one’s overall well being from a wide lens will make the process of working towards a fitness goal more streamlined and tangible.
Kurts approach to training prioritizes strength training as a foundation, while utilizing performance training principles and techniques to build the qualities needed to get a client from point A to point Z. This makes the training experience dynamic, while providing a 360 approach to helping clients to look great, feel even better and perform at their best on the way to their big picture goals. Ultimately, Kurt’s goal is to shift the focus of training from just showing up for an hour of one's day, to training for longevity, and being prepared for whatever hurdle life throws at us — literally and figuratively.

Laura earned her B.A. in Mathematics and Political Science from Baruch College and worked as a political data analyst before entering a PhD in Politics at NYU. From leaving her doctorate program and turning personal training into a career, Laura has learned from her own work and her mentors, that you cannot manage what you do not measure. Laura adheres to evidence-based training practice while always making space for the context with which the person she is working in. She believes training is an essential part of healthcare and is passionate about educating her clients on how to understand and take care of their bodies and minds. Laura holds various certifications and has interned at a number of premier fitness facilities and physical therapy clinics in New York City. When she's not training she loves to read, eat a good pastry, and spend time with her family.

Linda is a NASM-certified personal trainer, certified kettlebell strength coach, and certified nutrition coach with a passion for empowering others to live their healthiest, strongest lives. After 13 years in the tech industry, she left her corporate career to pursue her true calling: helping people unlock their full potential through movement, strength, and nutrition. Linda discovered the transformative power of strength training later in life and believes it’s never too late to start your journey toward a healthier, stronger self. As an accomplished long-distance runner and certified run coach, she experienced firsthand the benefits of integrating strength training into her routine, achieving significant improvements in speed and endurance. This deepened her appreciation for the role strength training plays in enhancing overall performance and everyday life. Linda takes a holistic, personalized approach to coaching, tailoring her programs to help clients achieve both short- and long-term goals. Margaret has over 10 years of experience under her belt as a Personal Trainer with certifications in CrossFit and CF Weightlifting. For her, fitness is more than just the physical aspect of exercise. It's mental, emotional, and spiritual. She genuinely wants to help you create lasting changes in your life. Her mission is to cut through the noise and empower her clients to see their true potential for happiness, confidence, and the creation of ever-lasting changes.

Matt has a unique path to how he found his way into strength training! He comes from a liberal arts school studying Political Science as well as Biology, which lead to his interest in health/fitness. Matt has been in the industry for over 12 years and has a vast amount of experience in kettlebell, barbell & TRX training which he has used to improve his clients health. “When I work with clients I want them to understand two things; Why we are doing this exercise as well as how to do the exercise properly.” His structured athletic background helps him relate to clients who seek accountability and support when following the program. Max is a researcher and college professor in the field of Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Over the last 2 years, he has been involved in nearly 20 studies directly related to muscle growth, strength, weight loss, and body composition improvements. In addition to his academic involvement, Max has been engulfed in the fitness industry for well over a decade, having helped hundreds of individuals achieve their fitness, sport, and health-related goals.
Max started exercising at the age of 12 and immediately developed a vocation for the world of fitness. However, after several months of training, he found that results were not coming as readily as he’d hoped, thus acting as the catalyst for his journey into the “why” of fitness. He’s spent the last 13 years studying both the science and art of exercise, resulting in a fundamental understanding of how to best tailor exercise and nutrition to an endless variety of individuals trying to achieve any combination of goals.

Max is a proud graduate of Focus Personal Training Institute (FPTI) and a certified fitness professional through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He specializes in resistance and strength training, combining his knowledge from FPTI and NASM to create effective, personalized workout plans.

Mendy's philosophy is that details are important as long as they are aligned with the big picture. He views the body as a system of interdependent components: neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, and hormonal.

As a former world-class competitive swimmer and multi-sport athlete, Michael’s background spans cycling, surfing, Nordic and downhill skiing, and kitesurfing. His expertise in training is backed by years of dedication to helping others reach their full potential, no matter their fitness level.

Nicole is a former dancer turned Personal Trainer specializing in strength and athletic conditioning, nutrition for weightloss and performance, and pre/post natal. As a dancer, she understands the importance of movement and enjoys pushing her clients limits both inside and outside of the gym. Nicole strives to help individuals reach their goals in a sustainable way and improve their quality of life through functional strength training.

Noel has developed a love for fitness throughout his life, and believes that physical activity will help you more than just physically but will help improve every aspect of your life! He is a graduate of FPTI and specializes in hypertrophy and strength training.

Rachel is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who uses calisthenics, functional resistance training, and mobility training to create well-rounded, nuanced programs that promote sustainable and long-lasting results. As a former elite gymnast, Rachel understands the quality of discipline, accountability, and consistency and integrates these beliefs into every session. Rachel uses her holistic approach to training and keen attention to detail to help her clients maximize their potential. She is a firm believer that movement is medicine and that physical wellness not only heals the body, but also the mind and the spirit. When she isn’t training, you can find Rachel in the kitchen, baking all of the junk food they tell you not to eat!

Rachel has a degree in Neuroscience and Health and Wellness. She is also a NASM/AFAA Certified Personal Trainer who is obsessed with the body and how it moves. Her certifications in Sustaining Mobility and Prehab vs Rehab have set a strong foundation for guiding clients through their fitness journey. Rachel takes a scientific approach to her programming and is meticulous in how she develops and follows through with each client's individualised program.

A former student of Muay Thai and currently 2 years deep practicing Olympic Weightlifting, Rita moved to New York in 2011 for grad school and now holds an M.F.A in Photography and Video from The School of Visual Arts. Forever an artist and athlete, Rita a NASM certified personal trainer listens to your goals and helps you make a plan. “I believe in being strong, in moving, in aesthetic goals and the importance of how we talk to ourselves and one another. My dad always said I was strong and I’ve never doubted it for a second.

Ryan is a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist who takes his experience in Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, and athletic development to provide an approach that revolves around movement efficiency and skill development. Ryan focuses on giving a positive experience with exercise and teaching so you can become independent with your own health.

Sara is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer who has been in the fitness industry since 2016. Being a professional dancer, a hiking/bouldering enthusiast, and a previous competitive gymnast, her philosophy is that you can find the enjoyment of exercise just about anywhere. She heavily values and enjoys teaching the small details of movement mechanics to instill longevity in her clients’ programs. She shows up to push her clients both inside and outside the gym and loves to celebrate each accomplished goal, one progression at a time. Sara holds certifications in/from: NASM, FNS, Pre-Post Natal, CES, and RKC 1.

Sara has been personal training for almost 10 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Nutrition. She holds numerous certifications in kettlebells, TRX, and is pre/post natal certified. Sara's personal journey with fitness combined with her diverse educational backround makes her an incredible teacher, while remaining extremely empathetic and relatable to her clients.

Shany is a Master Trainer and CrossFIT coach, who specializes in injury prevention, strength, mobility , pre-post natal and habit changes. She believes in high quality work, imbedded into day to day life, that leads to long term results . Shany has more than 20 certifications in the field and she’s always excited to learn more. As a dancer, gymnast and circus artist- Shany's high energy and spirit keeps driving her trainees to new highs.

Shara developed a passion for fitness while she was competitively dancing in her youth and teenage years. After high school she moved to NYC to pursue a career in the fitness industry and received her education at Focus Personal Training Institute. In addition to completing Focus Personal Training Institute’s master course, she now holds an accredited personal trainer certification with ACE, is pre/post natal certified, and is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. Shara is passionate about helping her clients become the healthiest and best version of themselves through providing specific and personalized workouts, encouragement in each session, and reminding her clients the importance of all areas of wellness: proper nutrition, recovery, and sleep to help achieve their fitness goals.

Teddy is a passionate strength and conditioning coach who is dedicated to helping his clients set and meet not only new body composition goals but also physical performance goals. Teddy is a graduate of the Master Program at Focus Personal Training Institute in New York City, where he was awarded the accolade of “Most Thoughtful Programmer” in his graduating class. Teddy has experience coaching multiple D1 athletes to reach new strength goals, and has a solid background in athletic performance programming. Teddy is a big believer that sustained habits are formed by developing an affinity for them, and he is very involved in creating a program with his clients that they will enjoy and look forward to.

Tom is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Hofstra University. He places great emphasis on movement quality which provides his clients with the best opportunity to improve the way they are looking and feeling. Tom approaches each client as the unique individuals they are to make sure he is getting the best out of them both mentally and physically.

Tomas Anthony is a fitness and performance coach with over 20 years of experience, specializing in adult populations, from everyday athletes to high performers. Backed by respected methodologies like NASM-CPT, PES, and CES, Tomas tailors solutions to enhance health, fitness, and athletic performance. He helps athletes recover from injuries, works with pre-and post-natal women, and collaborates with physical therapists for injury recovery.
Offering one-on-one and group training, Tomas designs individualized plans for peak physical and mental performance. Outside of coaching, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife, daughter, and dog, George, including soccer, surfing, skateboarding, and hiking.

Travis prioritizes proper form and technique in his training approach and has developed a passion for helping others through his dedicated care of his grandmother over the years. As a sports-minded individual, Travis believes in training like an athlete to maximize performance while minimizing the risk of injuries. Growing up, he played baseball and soccer, eventually achieving recognition as a top-ranked swimmer and water polo player in California. Travis gained valuable experience as a high school swim coach, emphasizing results and accountability for his athletes. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration from San Francisco State University, he is particularly fond of the mountains. You'll often find Travis engaging in rock or ice climbing, cycling, or seeking new adventures in the mountains.

Violeta is a National Academy of Sports Medicine and NCSF Certified Personal Trainer. Violeta's passion for fitness, health and wellness emerged at a very young age as a former track and field athlete. Violeta's goal is to challenge her clients, push them past their limits to reach their goals while expanding their love for fitness and wellness. "And let’s not forget the most important thing- to have fun, decompress, feel confident and enjoy their every day life choices."

Her passion lies in helping individuals--especially moms being a mother herself; overcome physical and mental limitations to become the strongest, most resilient versions of themselves. Having competed in jiu-jitsu and trained as an athlete for years, Vivian knows firsthand the transformative power of functional training in building confidence, strength, and mental fortitude. She specializes in tailoring programs to her clients' individual needs—whether they’re busy parents, professionals, or aspiring athletes—helping them balance their demanding lifestyles while achieving their goals. Wendel became a certified personal trainer after transitioning from his role working at Citibank, which consisted of being in charge of Biometrics and Fingerprint analysis for Midtown Manhattan. Transitioning from Cybersecurity to personal training was quite the career change. Wendel chose to pursue a career in fitness because he believed he was the perfect person to motivate and teach others how to achieve their goals because he knows from his own fitness journey. Throughout these 10 years in the fitness industry, Wendel has become a strength and conditioning specialist, Kettlebell instructor as well as a dynamic sports performance coach. Wendel has trained thousands of clients along this journey and has helped them change their mindset, eating habits, and overall outlook on health and performance. He believes movement is medicine.
