Violeta is a National Academy of Sports Medicine and NCSF Certified Personal Trainer. Violeta's passion for fitness, health and wellness emerged at a very young age as a former track and field athlete. Violeta's goal is to challenge her clients, push them past their limits to reach their goals while expanding their love for fitness and wellness. "And let’s not forget the most important thing- to have fun, decompress, feel confident and enjoy their every day life choices."

I love training at The Liv Method! I have been working out here since 2019. LIV has a great atmosphere with a spacious locker room, nice showers, and amenities. I train with Master Trainer Rachel K. and she is attentive, challenging, and so fun to work with. She checks in pre/post workouts and I feel super comfortable with her. I highly recommend working with The Liv Method to reach your fitness goals.. several of my friends have also signed up!

I have been training with Jeremy since the beginning of year. My initial goal was for health, longevity and improving my climbing skills since I needed to work on my overall strength. This year I ended up having 2 abdominal surgeries in less than 3 months. And coming to the LIV method with Jeremy has been instrumental for me to accelerate recovery and set up a good mindset after surgery. Best investment and best method so far!

I started working out at The LIV Method in January 2022 and have had the most amazing experience! I spent 2021 healing from an eating disorder and compulsive obsession with working out so I was nervous to jump back into it however my fears were relieved after my initial call with Matt. He explained their method and after hearing that I wanted to focus on rebuilding my strength he paired me with Quentin, who turned out to be amazing. I have been working out with Quentin 2x a week since January and I cannot wait to continue working with him. He makes working out fun and challenges me in a way that does not feel impossible. Not only has my strength soared but I’m seeing physical results that I am proud of. Also the LIV space is amazing and the entire staff is so warm and welcoming! It’s so refreshing to walk into a gym environment where everyone is so kind and friendly! Can’t wait to continue working out here!

2 years and counting with the LIV team; they helped me reach my fitness goals ahead of my wedding, and months later I am still loyally training 2x a week with Dennis (to maintain build strength). I’ve especially appreciated the quick pivot to virtual 1:1s (without sacrificing quality), the clean and trendy studio, and warm staff (the music is pretty good too)

Joining the LIV method was the best decision I could’ve made a few months ago. I’ve always been active, but would dread the process of getting myself to actually work out.
