Allison Kirk
Alli is a coach that loves igniting the energy in people and fueling the transformation into an overall healthier lifestyle. As a former college athlete, she developed a strong desire for hard work, dedication, and achieving goals. Alli helps you achieve your goals through the method of movement in an athletic and holistic approach. Alli specializes in functional strength, conditioning, and running.
Amber Edwards
Amber is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist with a masters degree in Occupational Therapy and bachelors degree in Occupational Science from Ithaca College. Throughout her time as an OT & strength coach, she has earned certifications in kettlebell training and dynamic sports performance. Amber has a 10+ year background in Track and Field as an All-American hurdler and coach. She truly believes that movement is medicine. Amber has worked with people of all ages and abilities & programmed specific exercises that match each individual’s ability and personal goals. Amber’s passion for fitness is seen through her interaction with clients in sessions to make them feel physically and mentally strong, confident, safe, and heard. Amber uses a holistic and “activity analysis” approach in her training sessions in order to educate, motivate, and support all clients in any part of their fitness journey to reach their fullest potential.
Annalise DeLano
Annalise earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona before moving to New York for a career in tech. The technical nature and measurable results drew her to strength training, but the way it made her feel led her to pursue a career in fitness. She received her education at Focus Personal Training Institute and holds an accredited personal training certification with NASM. Annalise believes the time dedicated to exercise is about getting out of your head and into your body. The accountability, motivation, and growth from the unique programs she designs for her clients seeks to build self-confidence and trust, allowing clients to see how capable they truly are in and outside of the gym. Annalise is passionate about educating her clients on how learning and incorporating proper movement allows them to feel more energetic and live a more balanced, full life.

Anthony Cracchiolo
Anthony attended the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences where he received his degree in exercise science/advanced personal training. Through his years in the fitness industry he has obtained multiple kettlebell certifications, as well as top tier mobility and strength certifications. Anthony has a background in sports and has a passion for training like an athlete. Anthony has worked a countless amount of session hours with all types of clients. He is a strong advocate of proper movement and programming. This approach yields a fun-filled session where you will not only accomplish the results you are looking for but feel good while doing so. “There are many phases in life, phases where you feel motivated and phases where you feel like you are going through the motions. Accountability is what keeps us all in check, training is about creating sustainable habits. Habits that will start small and eventually grow into life changing habits. Training should be fun and rewarding and I am here to help my clients through that process.”

Brandon Chu
Brandon graduated from Springfield College with a degree in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in sports performance. He is a young, energetic certified strength and conditioning coach and brings with him experience working with various personalities- from Division 1 football players to 60-year-old veterans. Having been a collegiate rugby player, Brandon has a passion for training, looking, and feeling like an athlete and believes that everyone can benefit from becoming the strongest, fittest, and most confident version of themselves. He emphasizes meeting his clients where they are- tailoring programs to their specific goals and needs. Brandon believes in empowering his clients through strength training to create healthier, stronger, and more energetic spirits, minds, and bodies. Cheyne Zeller
Starting his training career assisting in the Biomechanics lab at San Francisco State, Cheyne’s focus on movement, posture, and position have been the foundation of his coaching methodology. With a resume of clientele ranging from injury rehabilitation patients to professional athletes, Cheyne has been able to consistently tailor strength and conditioning programs toward specialized needs. By focusing on developing and fostering athleticism, Cheyne has been able to improve body composition, strength, endurance, fitness and overall aesthetics in his clients. He thoroughly believes that form follows function.”

Elena developed a passion for movement at the age of 5, when she entered a gymnastics program. Growing up in an active family made her realize the importance of regular exercise, and she has carried that through, as a sprinter in high school, and now, a hybrid athlete and personal trainer. She is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, a running mechanics and VDOT certified running coach, and continuously pursues further learning, in order to give her clients the best results possible. From her previous career in investment banking, she understands the pressures of the corporate world, and it’s effect on health and wellness. Elena will lead you to view the gym as your personal playground, utilizing all the tools it has to offer such as barbells, kettlebells, med balls, TRX and dumbbells. Eric is a certified strength and conditioning coach. Eric was an athlete growing up and while he does not currently compete, his work shifted to helping the clients he serves with optimal coaching. Eric provides guidance with the utmost attention to detail. His foundation of training embraces the very essence of physical and mental health. He looks to improve as a trainer by constantly seeking continuing education. In hopes of passing the knowledge he’s obtained along to those he works with, all while making progress with body and mind. Frank Crisci
Frank is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. With the utilization of his Strength and Conditioning background, he identifies holes in an individual’s training program and prioritizes functional movement in order to optimize athletic development and performance. Frank’s Orthopedic and Sports Rehab experience in plyometrics, speed/agility training and periodization in strength programs coincides with his own interest in Endurance and Crossfit Training. Believing that we are forever students, Frank incorporates educating his clients on “The Why” behind the session and how it will enable them to reach their goals.
Grace Curran
Grace is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor who uses resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and Pilates-inspired movements to build strength & flexibility and enhance overall fitness. Her approach is collaborative and personalized, creating a fun & comfortable environment for growth, and motivating you to find your strongest, most confident, and happiest self.
