Frank is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. With the utilization of his Strength and Conditioning background, he identifies holes in an individual’s training program and prioritizes functional movement in order to optimize athletic development and performance. Frank’s Orthopedic and Sports Rehab experience in plyometrics, speed/agility training and periodization in strength programs coincides with his own interest in Endurance and Crossfit Training. Believing that we are forever students, Frank incorporates educating his clients on “The Why” behind the session and how it will enable them to reach their goals.
Madison is a yoga and swim instructor as well as a functional mobility and strength training coach. As a former college athlete and swim coach, Madison blends her past experience with yogic philosophy, breath control and strength training. She has a passion for bringing her clients into their highest self and teaching them to honor their body as they are. Madison’s style is a blend of yoga, mat pilates, and functional mobility and strength training. Madison will help you achieve your goals in a mindful way by connecting body, breath, and soul. Niki has been a NASM certified Personal Trainer for over 15 years. She is also a certified Behavior Change Specialist and a Nutrition Coach. Her holistic approach to health and fitness helps her clients connect with their goals from a deeper level to create lifelong results As a 2x cancer survivor, Niki understands the importance of movement, mindset and nutrition, and helps clients achieve a healthy & balanced lifestyle
Sara is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer who has been in the fitness industry since 2016. Being a professional dancer, a hiking/bouldering enthusiast, and a previous competitive gymnast, her philosophy is that you can find the enjoyment of exercise just about anywhere. She heavily values and enjoys teaching the small details of movement mechanics to instill longevity in her clients’ programs. She shows up to push her clients both inside and outside the gym and loves to celebrate each accomplished goal, one progression at a time. Sara holds certifications in/from: NASM, FNS, Pre-Post Natal, CES.

Violeta is a National Academy of Sports Medicine and NCSF Certified Personal Trainer. Violeta's passion for fitness, health and wellness emerged at a very young age as a former track and field athlete. Violeta's goal is to challenge her clients, push them past their limits to reach their goals while expanding their love for fitness and wellness.
